What is the Hey Girl! Conference?
I See You . . .is what this conference is all about! I see your love, compassion, hurt, creativity, resilience, strength & everything in between. Let’s reveal ourselves; seeing one another and allowing ourselves to be seen! We are women sharing our stories to pour into others while pouring into ourselves.
What is the 2023 Theme?
GOING U.P. Join us for this one-day women’s conference that will explore topics that will spur you to reflect on how you are or are not GOING U.P. in your life. There will be raffle prizes, networking, love and laughter! Let’s GO U.P. together!
Who are the vendors?

What is a Conversation Suite?
Conversation suites are smaller break-out rooms that allow for a more intimate conference experience. You will be able to select your Conversation Suites closer to the conference date. Please note that the in-person Yoga Conversation Suite will be limited to 30 registrants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Brunch will be included with your ticket.
Hey Girl! Conference will adhere to current CDC guidelines.
